Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive / Sr. Recruitment Executive to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment, bulk hiring, volume recruitment, and field recruitment, with a strong understanding of the Manufacturing and Logistics industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
• Manage bulk and volume hiring requirements within defined timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and field recruitment.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Handle candidate follow-ups, documentation, joining coordination, and onboarding support.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS and reports using MS Excel.
• Support recruitment drives and field hiring activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring / volume recruitment.
• Good understanding of Manufacturing and Logistics recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Apna, and WorkIndia.
• Experience in social media recruitment and field recruitment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and candidate management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve recruitment targets.
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in manpower outsourcing, staffing, blue-collar recruitment, manufacturing hiring, logistics hiring, or volume recruitment will be preferred.
